Oh boy it's Cindy today. Roxie and I will be there to do it at 5! Get ready to see me do 2 push ups at a time (seriously)! Time to get as OPT says, "Fit as shit"!

Great presentation last night Josh, Joey and Tony. Not sure how you pace yourself for a 20 min. sprint. Got 14 rounds in. Looking forward to anti-Paleo weekend before beginning Paleo challenge and retest.

Starting Weight: 188 lbs. (I know, I digressed a bit, but darn those cookies tasted good...back to Paleo!)

Cindy:
12 rounds + pull ups+ 5 push ups.
(5 rounds unbroken pushups, 9 rounds unbroken pull ups)
20 minutes of pure LOVE!!!!

Cindy Benchmark:

15 Rounds- more than half of my pull-ups were done strict (because I'm not good at kipping yet).

The best thing about todays workout was the fact that Frank really pushed me to jump back up on the bar when I thought I really needed to rest. I can honestly say that I gave everything I had this morning to get those 15 rounds and it feels great to know that when I left the gym, I didn't feel like I could have done more in that 20 minutes.

Cindy (1/8/10) - 14 complete rounds with jumping pull ups. Pushups were a bit of a problem.

I couldn't have done it without Frank - he is the greatest.

My hand is still raw from ripping it open during Mondays WOD. Should be fun! Tay, it will be funny to see what we end up with. You will be really fast on the pull ups and I will be really fast on the push ups... Crossfit, the great equalizer...

10 rounds 5 jumping pull ups + 8 REAL push ups!

Here is why I'm feeling proud

1) I got timed and encouraged by Chelsea

2) I beat my previous record of eight rounds (when I was doing push ups on knees)

3) I did all real push ups! That means 108 push ups so far for 2010!! (no more knee push ups for me)

Roxan, Great score! way to go! Taylor and Chelsea, I'm with you, alhough I don't really "hate" push-ups, they are my nemesis in this workout.

Thanks Tay, I did forget to mention that I did the workout RX. Thanks Josh for always being so encouraging! Can't wait to see what the retest comes in at. I am going to shoot for 15 like superstar Luisa! Awesome performances by all today! It is great to see everyone working so hard and getting better every day! I am inspired by all of you!
I have to say that the push ups were the easiest part for me! The pull ups are what really ended up being the hardest. Thanks Jen for timing Tay and I, Chelsea and Karen for cheering us on, and Taylor for being the best workout partner ever and always pushing me!
