my favorite metcon, matt M. are you gonna do this, and if you use soccer as an excuse this will only get you better, and probably prevent you from getting injured...what do ya say?

185# for squat cleans, 205# power clean. The power clean was...almost a squat clean, but not quite. haha.
1:32, 1:17*,2:02,1:42 on the sprints. My legs were toast on the 3rd one, I almost fell over half way though. Guess I didn't rest enough.
(* Jody and I were running to University oaks, then resting, then running back. On the first run back, I stopped at the driveway, thinking that was the end, rather than the stairs, so I was about 10 meters short).
