Too much??? ... don't worry, this wasn't from "Cindy".

Benchmark WOD

"Cindy"

AMRAP in 20 min of:

- 5 pull-ups (scaled to JPU's)

- 10 push-ups

- 15 squats

*I shouldn't have to say this... but RESPECT the ROM!  If you don't get your chin over the bar on pull-ups, your chest to the ground on push-ups, and your butt to the ball/below parallel on squats... IT DOESN'T COUNT!  Not only is it a bogus score, but you're short changing your own fitness too.

...and on that note, good Luck!

21 rounds plus 3 push-ups.

My previous total was 17 rounds so I am really happy with this score!

Did this one yesterday, finally nailed the Kip, no breaks in the pull-ups, no knees on the floor, new PR, super happy!!

15 rounds + pull ups + 2 push-ups

Thanks Josh for keeping me honest on the push-ups and Charles for cheering me on through the last minute...really makes a difference!

Lu I am so happy for you! That is awesome! I am terrified of this one. I hate Cindy b/c of the darn push ups. I am so slow on them. I am going to try to be there at 4 today and I am not looking forward to it.

Nice work Lu....

23 rounds + Pull Ups + Push Ups + 2 or 3 Squats
I was shooting for 26, but obviously fell short. Excited to watch the video for areas of improvement. Considering a re-re-test in the very near future.

Ok Josh I'm in! Kinda scared, but I'm excited. I love healthy competition. I think I did 11 w/ Miss "Cindy" today. Jumping p/u, one set of Rx push ups and the rest on my knees. Can't wait to do it again all Rx (I hope)!

My first date with Cindy : 12 rounds and 5 pull ups
My second date with Cindy: 12 rounds, 5 pull ups, and 8 push ups
Not a whole lot of improvement as far as rounds go, but one thing I can say is that I was completely true to the full range of motion on every single rep. Pull ups were not all completely chin over bar the first time and this was definitely not the case the second time around. So for that I am proud. Once I get my pull ups locked in I have not doubt I will smoke this workout as all but a few sets of my push ups were unbroken and the squats were all unbroken.
