*If you are performing the workout Rx, I would like you to have a partner count your reps for you. It's too difficult to keep track once you get tired.

I'm still sore from the pull-ups on Saturday! 100 pull-ups sounds pretty intimidating today. BUT, I'm looking forward to it. See you in a few hours.
BTW - I've stepped up my stretching at home. Although the stretching can be temporarily uncomfortable, the pain relief and reduced recovery discomfort is worth it. Keep up the emphasis on stretching!!!!
Good WOD today!
I did all 100 reps of each exercise before moving on to the next one. I think my total time was either 20:37 or 21:37.
Hardest parts were (i) using the cold outdoor pull-up bars at 6am and (ii) listening to Joey try to justify why it is OK for him to use gloves on pull-ups when he mocked me for doing so just 3 or 4 months a go.
Trying to work through the intense hip flexor soreness from the tabata GHD's on Friday.

34:35 rx! I never in my wildest dreams thought I could do 100 pull ups. It took me 20:57 just to do the pull ups, and several of them were quite ugly, but I did them none the less. Hands remained intact up until the 96th pull up - the last 4 pull ups with a ripped hand were hell!
18:58 Rx... push-ups sucked. took me just as long to do them as the pull-ups. Ridiculous.
Great job today everyone. I love the determination it takes to complete something that at one time may have seemed impossible. Awesome.
13:38 RX. My legs just about fell off after the squats. Nice work everyone.
~30min Rx - Had a watch malfunction so exact time is not known. PU's were brutal. Completed all 100 before moving on to next exercise.
