- Figure 8 farmer walk (50/30)
- 15 K2E
*Figure 8: Down stairs and go left > turn up driveway and go left back onto patio > back down stairs and go right > turn up driveway and go right back onto patio. (approx. 140m)

1 round for time:
- 50 back extensions
- 50 wall ball shots
- 50 burpees
- 50 double unders

25:46 Rx... It's a bad sign when 50lb thrusters are the easiest part of a workout.
WOD 1: 25:55 the squat thruster killed me!
Farmer walk and k2e cake. ( really good cake like banana with cream cheese frosting) mmm

not sure I will make it in today. I may have to jog again if anything. I ran both sat and sun this last weekend and three times last week. Geesh! I want to do a double day tomorrow. Maybe Josh you can tell me what wk outs to do out of today's and tomorrows.
Nothing like the euphoria of finishing with a great time 19:12 (K2Triceps) to the agony of figuring out it was because I did thrusters not squat clean thrusters.
I repeated the agony on the Filthy Finisher with an 11:16 after crawling through the double unders.

i dont know what it is but wallball is always super challenging!
I wanted to get sub 30 and got 29:20 so I was quite happy.
1: 27:30 rx
2: 8:23 rx
1. 27:30 or 27:50 rx - On my last set of k2e Josh taught me how to get the full range of motion with the mini pull up, so the last 7 k2e were truly legit.
2: 11:45 with 14# Wall ball. The wall ball alone took me almost 6 minutes. I hate wall ball...
p.s. Those are some sexy CrossFit legs Coach! Just saying...

8:01... well it's been proven. Although it may not seem so, you are in fact tired when you get to back ext. in filthy 50.
Taylor, what's up? Are you injured or just busy?
If you want to do a DD tom, just do both of today's workouts.
24 something. I definitely went too light on the thrusters at 20 lbs but still working up to Rx after surgery. I think my forearms hate me.
27:24 @ 45 lbs...really wish I didn't have these midget hands for the farmer walk
