A. Clean: 1-1-1-1-1... 20 min; rest as needed
MetCon
21-15-9 reps for time:
- weighted pullups (30lbs/15lbs)
- unbroken calorie row
*For the pullups, use a dumbbell bt the knees for the weight, and they do NOT have to be strict pullups.
*For the row, Rx will be 1 cal for every 1 pull once the first calorie has be achieved. If you fail to get a calorie on any pull after that, you must start the set over at 0. Scale to 1 cal for every 2 or 3 pulls if necessary, but be sure and hold yourself to one of these standards.

first time doing weighted pullups. managed to do 1 with 10# and a couple with 8#. finished set of 21 without weight, then did set of 15 with 5# before i had to go to work.

Still reeling from Mondays metcon - left calf is killing me, so I was going to take it easy today. Matt didn't let me, so I ended up PRing the clean by 1 pound at 216#. haha. Felt much easier than last week. 225 next week!
Did yesterdays metcon to loosen up the calf. Hurt like hell on the first two runs, felt better on the last one. 3:37/3:34/3:13

Thinking my thighs will be most sore from holding on to a 30# dumbbell between my legs.
Power Clean: 133#'s. Not my PR, tried for 143#, but could not get under it today. Thanks for the tips Brian.
Metcon: 12:51 kipping pull ups with out any additional weight. I had the best pull up day of my crossfit career today, which was very exciting. Was able to string sets of 5 and 4 together consistently.
Rows were coming in at 1 calorie per one and a half rows.
