Metcon: 9:45. Not quite Rx. Some 5 of the C2B weren't quite chest to bar. Pulled as high as I could, just not very good at them.

Stayed at 103# on the cleans and tried to focus on form.

Not all PUs were chest all the way to bar, but significant improvement over a couple weeks ago.
Box hops were low and slow. Did 10 reps at 30" but my ankle isn't up for it yet. Went to 24" and slowed down for remaining 40.
