- SMR: shoulders/pecs

- supine PNF hamstring stretch 2 min/side

- OHS hold 1 min

 

Strength

A. shoulder ext rotation 3 x 15/side

B. Bench press 5-5-5-5-AMRAP; rest as needed

 

MetCon

AMRAP in 15 min:

- 200m row

- 30 air squats

- 10 ring dips
