WOD
"Fight Gone Bad"
3 rounds for total reps:
- 1:00 Wall ball (20/14, 10ft)
- 1:00 SDHP (75/45)
- 1:00 box hops (20"/16")
- 1:00 push-press (75/45)
- 1:00 calorie row
- 1:00 rest
*This is done with a running clock, there is no stoppage to get to your next station so once your minute is up, get to that next station and get moving in a hurry!
*Also, I've suggested scaled versions of the exercises, but this workout can be done with the heavier Rx by both men and women. So girls, if you're up for it, grab that 75lb bar!
C.A.T. "Floater" workout (to be any time this week):
For time:
- 10 shoulder to overhead (185/115, front rack only)
- 20 pullups
- 200m sprint (straight out, no turn around)

After seeing everyone else's' numbers, I thought for a half second I was counting wrong, or skipped an exercise....nope, I'm just slower and weaker. :)
my biggest weakness is the BH. i get worried I'm not gonna clear the box. it was nice going last however, everyone's support really does help me push through.

FGB: 97,84,88 = 269. This could be a PR, but can't seem to find my old numbers.
243 total. That was harder than expected, though I find myself saying that a lot, so I should just adjust my expectations! haha. I feel like should have done best on the push presses, but I was so beat after the SDHP and box hops, I could barely breath to get that bar over my head!
Well, at least I know know what to shoot for next time!

this is one of my favorite workouts! well, it was my favorite last time i did it (with a 10# med ball and 45# for the lifts), but it's still up there!

Long way to go, wall balls are deadly, I'm starting out as kind of a weakling so this was hard and I was pushing it. First week after fundamentals 2nd day in, already feeling a little sore but I also feel amazing (endorphins kicking in), kind of addicted already, trainers are really great keeping me in form and pushing me to keep going!
