Alternating tabata, 8 rounds:

- situps

- plank march

*for the plank march, get into a plank position, then extend one arm straight out and lift the opposite foot, return, and repeat with the other side.  There is no score for this movement, so do it in a controlled but continuous motion.  Your score is your lowest rounds of situps.

I did tabata sit-ups first and had a 1 rep in round 5! Abs cramped up indicating that I'm in fantastic shape.
Then did plank march.

Diane ~22:00 145# DL (working on form). For HSPU I had to use the box. I also had my dream of becoming an Olympic gymnasts broken today...so much for taking the gold for team USA in hand stand competition. :-( Wonder if I can still get in with my perfectly executed cartwheels? hmmmm...

Messed around and got a muscle up today...first one. Thanks Matt for getting me to do it two more times to prove it wasn't a fluke.
