Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 squats
*If you make it to 30 min, you may continue as long as you are able to improve your score. The score to beat... Frank with 48 minutes. Good luck.

Really rough. Didn't do nearly as well as I had hoped based on Cindy. Completed 4, finished 5th but after time expired so didn't count. Then did 10 more minute rounds with balance of 30 min. (4 / 10)
completed 15 unbroken, rested one (hand ripped), then used band & knee pushups for 10, rested one, final 3 no pull-ups (hands ripped to all hell)
16 unbroken then 9 more with some minute rests ...
Frank did you go to a phone booth and change before you ripped off 48 of those? F-ing impressive!
4 & 10. the pushups just killed me today.
12 unbroken, then some other lower number. The past couple of workouts have been rough on me. Need a confidence booster here 27, help me out!
Coach Matt let us know this was a pass/fail workout.
