I did it last time in 9:11, but i only did jumping pull ups that time
i finished in 14:30- 58# and blue band

Just a few seconds shy of shaving 3 minutes off my previous time of 11:03. I almost did the first round of thrusters unbroken, but for some reason I was thinking I had to do 30 instead of 21 and I dropped the bar after the 16th rep. Lame! You would seriously think I just started Crossfitting last week...
painfully slow. thrusters absolutely kill me.

Almost thought I was gonna miss Fran today! But alas, I made it to the very first ever open gym session! whoohooo! Also, for the first time ever, I told my food to get the hell out of me and left it outside after said gym session! haha.
...but before doing that, did Fran in 6:34, beating my last time of 8:48 by over 2 minutes! Sweet! Thanks for the encouragement at the end, Josh, I needed that!
Wow, I've never been so tore up after a workout. I thought I was going to pass out.

I went into this workout intimidated for sure. I didn't time myself. First round I did #45, second rd #55, third rd #65. I was able to string three pull ups together consistently!
This site started off pretty well only to be sold later by the owner. The new management which took over the site reset all the balances of the users. Although the new owners who go by the cheap michael kors watches James and Ultra tried their best to clear earlier dues and make payments on time, the site just couldn't pay up. Shortly, the forum was also closed.
