BP - 225x2 for my 4th, forgot to do the AMRAP ... I should get extra credit for working in with Gaines and JoeyP, who had to take off and put on hundreds of pounds to work at my weight ..and they are mean ...and they smell ... and they hurt my feelings ...
push ups - 39,28,22,18 (I think) although according to consensus I was nowhere near RX ... so more mean people.
metcon - did air squats instead of DU (calf) - 8:12 -
