- New ROWING class TODAY at 11:30!!! I'm excited to announce that our resident rowing coach, Jaime, is going to hold a series of rowing clinics here at Cadence. Jaime is the head coach for the Los Gatos Rowing Club and in these clinics he'll be covering the specifics of rowing technique, tips on how to set and adjust the erg, plus give you a little taste of the workouts his rowing athletes have to deal with on a regular basis. So please join us if you feel like your rowing could use some work (um btw… that's everyone :) The first class will be held today at 11:30am. After that, dates/times currently schooled are: Wed Oct 10th at 7pm, Sat Oct 13th at 11:30am, & Wed Oct 17 at 7pm.
