**Announcements**

  • This week our friends Gabby and Sergio at Sportissimo will be donating 15% of their sales to Cadence members to Joey.  So if you need compression tights, socks, shoes, etc., next week is the time to get em!  And be sure and tell them you are there for Joey!
  • We'll be closed Wednesday for the Fourth.

 

 

Class WOD

A. front squat: take 15 min to build to a heavy double

B. AMRAP in 10 min:

  • 4 HSPUs
  • 5 squat cleans (135/95)
  • 6 C2B pullups

 

11:30am ROMIK with TC

*Today is BYOI day… as in "bring your own issues".  Come and get some tips from Dr. Coats on how to treat your specific problems.
