**Announcements**
- Sorry, late post - it was a long day of travel... although (and all you SLO peeps know what I mean), lunch at Firestone was worth the trip alone!
- Joey powered through the first day of competition today and is currently in 38th place. Today is a rest day for the athletes before they get back to it for a very long, grueling weekend, beginning with the med ball GHD throw on Friday morning. Go Joey!!!
- Our Cadence hats are finally done, and they should be available at the gym this afternoon. If you pre-ordered one, go ahead and pick it up, but be sure and sign out for it on the purchase log. You won't be charged again, we just need record of who took them.
