Sass trying to set a new PR with some WOD Toys gear at the Games.
Class WOD (CF Games event 2… because the Triathlon and obstacle course couldn't really be duplicated)
For time, begin with a 200m run, then do 3 Rounds of:
- 8 split snatches (115/75)
- 7 bar muscle-ups (scale to 2x C2B pullups + hand release pushups if needed)
- 400m run
