Class WOD (CF Games med ball/HSPU event)
**Unfortunately, we don't have 150lb med balls, so we're gonna use the barbell, with a little more weight of course.
3 rounds for time:
- 8 power cleans (185/125)
- 100ft barbell carry (same bar, in front rack position)
- 7 parallette HSPUs
- 100ft barbell carry

I did the above workout with parallete pushups with my feet up on the GHDs instead of HSPUs. 185 for cleans and carries. 12:42.

14:58 95# clean, 30# DB carry, 2 ab mat HSPUs.
