Class WOD (CF Games med ball/HSPU event)

**Unfortunately, we don't have 150lb med balls, so we're gonna use the barbell, with a little more weight of course.

3 rounds for time:

  • 8 power cleans (185/125)
  • 100ft barbell carry (same bar, in front rack position)
  • 7 parallette HSPUs
  • 100ft barbell carry



A. SMR: quads

B. pigeon 2 min/side

C. wall of death 2 min/side

I did the above workout with parallete pushups with my feet up on the GHDs instead of HSPUs. 185 for cleans and carries. 12:42.
