JumpNrope demo team doing back flips while jumping double-dutch… so don't complain about double-unders anymore!
Class WOD (CF Games sprint + rope/sled event)
A. 300yd shuttle run for time x 1 (50yds out and back, then 100yds out and back)
rest 1 min then,
B. 5 rounds for time:
- 2 rope climbs (we're adding one since our rope is shorter)
- 20yd sled push (sled + 225/135)

Finisher - 44 Sully - 440 yard run, 44 ring dips, 44 air squats,44 push ups, 440 meter watt bike, 44 pull-ups, 44 burpees, 44 T2B, 44 ab matt, 44 cal row, 44 KB @ 44lb, 44 wall balls - clock was changed, but I think sub 30 -
on the 300 I just went out and back ... and I put 5 -45lb plates on the sled ..that's 225 right..

Did part b at 6:40rx
then did reverse Jackie at 8:12rx
A) 79 secs shuttle sprint
B) 14 something. Almost made it to the top. Some more snatch practice at the end.
