Class WOD (CF Games sprint + rope/sled event)
A. 300yd shuttle run for time x 1 (50yds out and back, then 100yds out and back)
rest 1 min then,
B. 5 rounds for time:
- 2 rope climbs (we're adding one since our rope is shorter)
- 20yd sled push (sled + 225/135)
