A. (CF Games clean ladder event) For max load:
- one clean every 30 sec, adding 10lbs on each attempt. Do this with a partner so they can add the weight for you. Games ladder started at 245, let's begin ours at 185lbs. And of course you can scale it further if necessary.
B. 6 rounds of alternating tabata:
- abmat situps
A. SMR: wherever you need it most
B. pigeon 2 min/side
C. supine ham stretch 2 min/side
D. wall of death 2 min/side
