A. clean & jerk: build to a heavy single

B. take 5 min to find 1RM strict press

C. "Monday's CFF WOD"

5 rounds for time:

  • 1 strict press (90% of 1RM)
  • 1 strict pullup
  • 1 strict press (90% of 1RM)
  • 3 strict pullups
  • 1 strict press (90% of 1RM)
  • 5 strict pullups

 

 

Daily ROMIK

A. SMR: wherever you need it most

B. pigeon 2 min/side

C. supine ham stretch 2 min/side

D. wall of death 2 min/side
