  • Don't forget, it's Monday, so that means 11:30am ROMIK with Dr. Coats.  If you haven't attended a Monday ROMIK session yet, you're missing out on some invaluable info on body maintenance and injury prevention/treatment from Tony, our resident Chiropractor/CrossFitter.  It happens every Monday at 11:30am!  Come on down today and learn something!

 

Class WOD

A. snatch: tech work, then to some heavy singles

B. For time:

  • 30 thrusters (135/95)
  • 15 T2B + 15 K2E (30 total, alternate every rep)
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 deadlifts (135/95)

Random thought...

  • What if CrossFit was an Olympic Sport?… Do you think that could/would ever happen?  I don't think it's that far fetched actually.  I mean, ping pong and race walking are Olympic sports, not to mention some even stranger ones that have been in prior Olympic games (here's an article on some of them).  Plus, CrossFit arguably has more international appeal than many of the current Olympic events.  hmmm…
