Class WOD

5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds for time:

  • muscle-ups
  • ground to overhead (205/135)

*scale MUs as needed: assisted MUs > (pullups + dips) > (body rows + pushups)

 

ROMIK

A. SMR: shoulders

B. OH prep/band assisted stretch

C. pigeon 2 min/side

D. FS hold 1 min
