**A note from Joey**
Before the upcoming competition this week, I wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation. I know it is a little weird to give thanks before the competition but the amount of work I put in makes it not really matter what the outcome is. I have to enjoy the journey to get through some of the stuff I do during training. The hard work is now over and it is time to have fun and see what I got! All the hard work leading up to this point would not be possible without the help of many people. I am amazed at how much support I have seen this year and I want to say thank you!
My fiance, Taylor, could not be more supportive. There is a lot of time that goes into this, and she supports me every step of the way, thanks, and I could not be more excited to get married. My parents have always supported me with everything I do and continue to do so, thank you both! Josh, thank you for helping me with gaining all the support of the community and with anything I need, you always find a way to help out! Tony Coats, I know I challenge you every time I see you as there are so many little muscular issues that need worked out, thanks for keeping me in the game. John O., thanks for helping me travel there, it is much appreciated. The entire gym has really shown great support, and I am glad that my suffering can be of your enjoyment. Truly I am amazed at how supportive everyone has been from the trainers giving me coaching tips, members bringing me food from home, and those who hooked up local business to contribute donations. Part of the reason I never workout in the back room is I enjoy being around these members of the gym who are so generous.

- So the hats are proving to kinda difficult to get completed compared to the shirts/sweatshirts. They will hopefully be done this week though. I'll keep ya posted.

- 100 burpees
- 100 pullups
*You may split up the reps however you like, in any combination, but you must decide on a rep scheme before beginning and stick to it. No changing it up once you've started.
