Class WOD
A. power clean: 3 reps on the min for 10 min

- 200m row
- 20 pullups
- 20 russian KBS (70/35)
- 20 pullups
- 200m row
*rest 8 min bt rounds
Daily ROMIK
A. SMR: on your worst business
B. 2 min stretch per side on:
- hammies
- pigeon
- wall of death
C. OHS or FS position work 1-2 min

I did 205. Basically just grabbed it and picked it up (see Andre the giant). Matt M shook his head the whole time. 5:55 and 7:30. As usual. Not a good workout for the heavyset.
