B. 5 rounds for time:
- 5 shoulder to overhead (175/105)
- 15 pullups
- 25 abmat situps
*For the shoulder to overhead: use front rack position only, you may push press or jerk, and take it from the ground.
A. SMR: wherever you need it most
B. 2 min stretch per side on:
- wall of death
C. OHS position work 1-2 min
