Class WOD
A. snatch: 20 min to build to a heavy single
B. 5 rounds for time:
- 5 shoulder to overhead (175/105)
- 15 pullups
- 25 abmat situps
*For the shoulder to overhead: use front rack position only, you may push press or jerk, and take it from the ground.
Daily ROMIK
A. SMR: wherever you need it most
B. 2 min stretch per side on:
- hammies
- pigeon
- wall of death
C. OHS position work 1-2 min

Worked to 95# and tried 100# but it was not to be. Next time ;)
20:00 @85# - the last round I only did 10 PUs because my hands are so ripped up and painful I simply couldn't stick with those PUs. Damn them. Frank was very disappointed in me =(
