No, no, no... Bryce is potty trained of course. That's just Lu getting creative at home when in need of some weight for her thrusters.
Class WOD
A. gymnastics skills session 20 min.
- practice muscle-ups, bridges, hollow rocks, handstands, pullovers, skin the cat, or any other cool gymnastics move your class coach can come up with.
B. 400m run for time x 4; rest 3 min
Daily ROMIK
A. SMR: hamstrings/calves
B. 2 min stretch per side on:
- hammies
- pigeon
- wall of death

So convenient that he weighs 45#!
I just realized that I've been using my kids as 'weights' for about 5+ years now, I'm hoping to keep it up until they're big enough to carry me around ;)
A.) practiced some pistol squats
B.) 1:05, 1:15, 1:32, 1:27 - those really blow out my legs...
