  • Don't forget to join us today at 11:30am for ROMIK with Tony Coats, our CrossFitting Chiropractor.  He's spending today's session discussing and teaching ways to improve thoracic mobility.  

 

 

Class WOD

A. back squat: 10-8-6-4-2; rest as needed

B. 3 rounds for reps:

  • 1 min max KJ on wattbike
  • 1 min max power snatches (95/65)
  • 1 min max burpees
  • 1 min max wall ball shots (20/14 to 10ft/9ft)
  • 2 min rest

*move between stations just as you would during FGB, with a running clock and no stoppage between sets.

 

11:30am ROMIK with Dr. Coats

  • Focus area: thoracic region
