A. back squat: 10-8-6-4-2; rest as needed
B. 3 rounds for reps:
- 1 min max KJ on wattbike
- 1 min max power snatches (95/65)
- 1 min max burpees
- 1 min max wall ball shots (20/14 to 10ft/9ft)
- 2 min rest
*move between stations just as you would during FGB, with a running clock and no stoppage between sets.
