A. split jerk: build to a heavy single 

B.  For time:

  • 30 HSPUs
  • winchester run (top of Farley and back)
  • 30 squat cleans (155/105)
  • winchester run
  • 30 box hops (30/24)

 

Daily ROMIK

A. SMR: wherever you need it

B. 2 min stretch per side on:

  • hammies
  • pigeon
  • wall of death

C. OHS or FS position work 1-2 min
