  • 3 deadlifts (275/185)
  • 6 C2B pullups
  • 30 double-unders

B. GHD sit-ups: 3 x 25; rest as needed

 

 

Daily ROMIK

A. SMR: shoulders

B. 2 min stretch per side on:

  • hammies
  • pigeon
  • wall of death

C. OHS position work 1-2 min
