  • Labor Day Schedule:  We will be open 8am - 10am only for open gym.  There will be a coach there and a workout on the board, but we won't be holding any regular classes that day.



9am Oly Class WOD




10am CF Class WOD

A. deadlift: 1-1-1-1-1; rest as needed

B. "Isabel" or "Grace"

  • 30 snatches or 30 clean and jerks for time (135/95)

*If you did yesterday's workout, do Isabel.




A. SMR: wherever you need it

B. 2 min stretch per side on:

  • hammies
  • pigeon
  • wall of death
