A. handstand walk: 6 min for max meters

B. 3 x 800m run for time; rest 5 min

C. tabata abmat sit-ups x 8rds for highest low score

 

Daily ROMIK

A. SMR: glutes/low back

B. 2 min stretch per side on:

  • hammies
  • pigeon
  • wall of death

C. FS position work
