A. clean & jerk: build to a heavy single

B. 15 min AMRAP:

  • 10 heavy wall ball shots (35/20)
  • 10 ball slams (same ball)
  • 200m run

 

 

Daily ROMIK

A. SMR: wherever you need it most

B. 2 min stretch per side on:

  • hammies
  • pigeon
  • wall of death

C. FS position work
