A. front squat: 2-2-2-2-2; rest as needed

B. 3 rounds for time:

  • 10 power cleans (185/115)
  • 15 HSPUs
  • 20 box hops (24/20)

Finally graduated from bandstand pushups and piked pushups to something that kinda resembles a real HSPU. Only took two years!!!! haha!
