B. 21-15-9 rep rounds for time:

  • kipping HSPUs
  • strict pullups

C. 500m row for time

 

 

Daily ROMIK

A. SMR: shoulders

B. 2 min stretch per side on:

  • hammies
  • pigeon
  • wall of death

C. OHS position work

Day two! So sore! lol

A) A sloppy 175#. 165 felt great, 175 not so much. Still happy after not seeing a barbell in a month and a half!
B) Did regular pushups and kipping pullups, 6:10.
C) A blistering 1:45
