Oh and TC rowed 4 seconds faster than me with one arm! No really he did lol
A) 118#....caught 120# a couple times but just couldn't hang onto it!!

Day two! So sore! lol
A) A sloppy 175#. 165 felt great, 175 not so much. Still happy after not seeing a barbell in a month and a half!
