A. Front squat: 1-1-1-1-1- then 3 x 3; rest as needed between sets
B. 3 rounds for time:
- 12 power cleans (165/105)
- 12 lateral bar hopping burpees
*For the burpees, the only requirement is that you lay your chest and thighs on the ground at the bottom and jump over the bar laterally with two feet at the same time. There is no required amount of extension at the top.
A. SMR: quads/calves
B. 2 min stretch per side on:
- wall of death
C. FS position work
