Edub cracking the whip!
**Announcements**
- Today at 11:30am we have our resident CrossFitting Chiro leading the ROMIK session. Dr. TC will be covering strategies for dealing with issues of the feet and calves. Plus, as always, you may bring your own questions too!
Class WOD
A. UB hang squat snatch ladder: 1-?? (see how far you can get); 65% of full snatch 1RM, rest as needed between efforts
B. For time:
- 50 C2B pullups
- 50 ring dips
- 200 lunges
11:30am ROMIK with Dr. Coats

A) Used 175# as the reference weight, did 10 rounds at 115#
B) Did some stuff
A: completed round of 6 @ 125#
B: 13:52 RX The lunges were the most painful thing ever.
A: 5 rounds @ 115, failed on 6th rep on round 6
B: 29:42. Rx. Ring dips took forever
worked up to a max 3 UB hang snatch 175
Metcon: 10:20RX
A) Completed 9 rounds at 55#. Then did 6 at 65#.
B). 33:39...25 chest to bar pull ups, 50 ring dips (red band and bench), 200 lunges.
A) up to 5 at 65# then 6 at 70# and failed on my 7th in the 7th round
B) something close to forever - 50 C2B, 30 ring dips with medicine ball and 20 with red band, 200 lunges
A. got through rd of 7 with 120, went up to 130 and failed rd of 8 twice.
