Edub cracking the whip!

  • Today at 11:30am we have our resident CrossFitting Chiro leading the ROMIK session.  Dr. TC will be covering strategies for dealing with issues of the feet and calves.  Plus, as always, you may bring your own questions too!

 

 

Class WOD

A. UB hang squat snatch ladder: 1-?? (see how far you can get); 65% of full snatch 1RM, rest as needed between efforts

B. For time:

  • 50 C2B pullups
  • 50 ring dips
  • 200 lunges

 

11:30am ROMIK with Dr. Coats

Focus: calves and feet

A) Completed 9 rounds at 55#. Then did 6 at 65#.
B). 33:39...25 chest to bar pull ups, 50 ring dips (red band and bench), 200 lunges.

B) something close to forever - 50 C2B, 30 ring dips with medicine ball and 20 with red band, 200 lunges
