Here's how to get started...
First, register for our "CrossFit Fundamentals" course.
- All new CrossFitters must start here.
- CrossFit Fundamentals is a 3 class series designed to safely and effectively introduce you to the movements, methodology, and demands of CrossFit. We hold a new Fundamentals course every week. It meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7:00pm.
- You must begin on the Monday class and attend all 3 classes to be cleared to enter our regular groups. Please arrive 15 min early on Monday (day 1) to complete necessary registration info. Occasionally we will recommend new members do the Fundamentals course more than once.
- The cost for the Fundamentals course is only $40 for all three classes. We do not offer a "free trial" as this doesn't really work for anyone. We've found that if you can't at least commit to 3 Fundamentals classes, then CrossFit probably isn't for you. At least not yet. Physically, anyone can do CrossFit. It is universally scalable to any fitness or ability level. Mentally however, it requires a certain amount of resolve, gumption, determination, fortitude, character... etc... etc. That is, in large part, what sets it apart from other methods, and what makes our community so amazing. - We understand that scheduling can be difficult for some, so if you can't make the Fundamentals course fit into your schedule, or you are interested in beginning with Private Training, email us and we can set you up with a private introduction.
- If you are an experienced CrossFitter with at least a solid month of CrossFit training at another affiliate, you may be able to skip fundamentals and jump right into our regular classes. Email us for more info.
